1. The contract
L’Artigiano del Sapone sells to the customer the products listed and illustrated on the Internet website according to the sales conditions (SC) as described hereunder. The Sales Conditions (hereafter called SC) regulate the relationship between L’Artigiano del Sapone and the customer. The customer confirms that he/she has the capacity to enter into a contract with L’Artigiano del Sapone on the basis of the SC. The SC are an integral part of all the agreements between L’Artigiano del Sapone and the customer.
2. Contract of Agreement
The contract between the customer and L’Artigiano del Sapone is in effect with the order of the customer and its acceptance by L’Artigiano del Sapone. The order of the customer takes place solely via Internet. L’Artigiano del Sapone accepts the order by sending a confirmation of the order by e-mail.
3. Official catalogue
The shop on-line in www.sapone.ch is considered as the official catalogue of our enterprise (L’Artigiano del Sapone). L’Artigiano del Sapone is willing to keep it updated with a complete indication of items and prices.
4. Prices
The sale prices do not include shipping costs. The total amount of the order, including shipping costs as on the website will be indicated on the order and order confirmation. Deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein: all the prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF) net and VAT included. Deliveries in the rest of the world: all the prices in are expressed in Euros VAT not included.

7. Deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
The goods ordered and confirmed are dispatched to the indicated address with The Swiss Post within 3 working days after sending the L’Artigiano del Sapone order confirmation. From the moment L’Artigiano del Sapone hands over the goods to The Swiss Post all risks pass to the customer. At the moment of the receipt of the shipment, the customer should check if the package has been tampered or damaged. In this case the customer shall report it immediately to the postal office and make retention on the delivery. Delivery prices are given by the The Swiss Post. 8. Deliveries outside of Switzerland
The goods ordered and confirmed are dispatched to the indicated address from our office in Italy through the Italian Post within 6 working days after sending the L’Artigiano del Sapone order confirmation. From the moment L’Artigiano del Sapone hands over the goods to The Italian Post all risks pass to the customer. Delivery prices are given by the Italian Post. 9. Delivery terms
The goods are dispatched to the address supplied by the customer after receiving the full payment. If the product cannot be sent within the established time, a new delivery date will be advised to the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the order. The customer then has the ability to cancel the order within 48 hours if the new delivery date is considered too long. If there is no written reply from the customer within this period, the new delivery date of the order will be automatically accepted. Deliveries are not limited to the territory of Switzerland. In Switzerland, there are no deliveries on Sundays, national and regional public holidays. We decline all responsibility for the progress of an order and delivery. If the information provided is inaccurate, L’Artigiano del Sapone cannot be held responsible for inability to deliver nor for failing to meet deadlines. In the event a delivery problems with the courier, L’Artigiano del Sapone is released from any responsibility. In the case of sales outside Switzerland, customs duties and any other taxes are the responsibility of our customers.
10. Important notice for Imports
The customer is solely responsible for all the steps necessary to import the goods into his/her territory in accordance with the law. The customer confirms that he/she has the right and the capacity to order the goods. He/she also warrants that he/she has obtained beforehand information and assurances that the order does not violate any provision of the law in force in the country of delivery or residence of the purchaser and that all the information provided is accurate.
11. Return policy
L’Artigiano del Sapone guarantees the exchange of the product only in the case of defects by written notice within of 5 days of receipt. The customer has a right to return the article within 5 days of receipt at his/her residence. If the customer is not fully satisfied, he/she has the option of returning the goods not worn at his/her own expense in perfect condition in their original packaging state. The right of exchange is valid only for non used products.
12. Data protection
The customer gives his/her consent that the personal data that was provided to L’Artigiano del Sapone is safeguarded by L’Artigiano del Sapone. The customer’s personal details are stored solely with the aim of facilitating the purchase of new products by the customer and to ensure that the transaction runs smoothly (Article 4 Al. 3 LPD). The personal data relating to the customer are treated confidentially and safeguarded (Article 7 LPD). In no way is this data transmitted to third parties.
13. Legal property and jurisdiction
These SC, together with the contracts concluded in its application are governed by Swiss law. The court of jurisdiction in the event of litigation is that of Lugano in Switzerland.
14. Language misunderstanding
L’Artigiano del Sapone is not responsible for any mistake occurring in the translations of this contract. In case of discrepancy between the different versions of this contract, the Italian one is the valid one. |
